They’re idiots if they think that a terror strike in the US before the election would have the same effect on the voters as the Spanish bombing did. The economy has taken center stage leaving McCain’s foreign policy expertise in the background. A terror attack would bring it to the forefront and all those whispered rumors about Obama’s Muslim background and connections would come front and center too.

2. What makes you think they don’t want the war on terror to continue? THEY are empowered by having an active enemey. If Obama is elected and pulls out of the middle east, they don’t have any angry puppets to lead anymore.
