Likely voters nationwide:
Obama: 53 percent
McCain: 45 percent
A new national poll suggests Barack Obama is widening his edge over John McCain in the race for the White House.
The CNN/Opinion Research Corporation poll out Monday afternoon suggests that the country's financial crisis, record low approval ratings for President Bush, and a drop in the public's perception of Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin all appear to be contributing factors in Obamas gains among voters....

The harder McCain/Pallin hit, the greater this will grow. I suspect somewhere around the O 75 M 17 mark, they will start to lose credibility. :-]
This is really starting to get obvious. There's nothing to support these polls other than unadulterated bias.

I think B.O. wins in a landslide and that’s what the polls show. We’ll see. It’s 1976 all over again. It will tighten up in another week but come voting day probably Obama wins 51% of the vote but an electoral landslide is my guess. When you have states like NC and FL on the cusp, then you’re in deep trouble. McCain is in deep trouble. Unfortunately.
The question becomes who will clean it all up in 2012?
