Counting backwards, Ford was the first one I couldn't think of the name. I know the initial is R, but I forget the name. After that I had to go back to Hoover.

Imagine if during WW II, Roosevelt was running against someone whose middle name was Adolf, Benito or Tojo. Would he have passed on the chance for even half a second to imply something with the middle name?
