I agree. If McCain were running against Hillary, she would be in the mid-50s with McCain in the high-30s. The good news is McCain has a debate tomorrow where he’ll have had three striaght days of preparation. The good news is that we are pretty much bottom of barrel. I don’t see McCain going into the 30s agaist Obama. Little place to go but up and these things tend to close in the last couple weeks. I am cautiously hopeful - that is IF McCain lays out a clear economic agenda which uses earmark reform as nothing more than an exclamation point.

I am pissed at McCain also, but he might surprise us and have an actual plan or place or video

What would happen if Obama’s Kenyan birth cert. is found? Would Clinton replace Obie on the ticket? Or would it be Plugs?

Palin was carefully coached by the McCain Campaign.

If she didn’t “get it” about the sub=prime mess, it is because the McCain Campaing didn’t want her to “get it.”

" Obama can’t get folks out to his rallies, yet he is the guy who is climbing in the polls "

True, but when it is time to vote Obama buses will be rolling into every city, across state lines, all day and all night, whatever it takes. The scale of voter fraud this year will no doubt set new records. Wonder how many hamsters are voting for Obama?

What sucks is that tomorrow is a townhall debate with the dumbest species on the planet — Independents — and they don’t want fireworks, they just want to know what these candidites will do for THEM.

Sarah needs to attack.

McCain needs totalk about what he will do. A five point plan. And he needs to stick to it.

Wrong.

The ACORN buses in OH are nearly empty.

Springsteen had 20 people in line for his MI concert.

Yard signs mean zilch. Republicans do not use them, they have lives.

Here in the IL 10 district, Dan Seals the liberal Democrat had a 10 to 1 Yard sign advantage over Mark Kirk. Kirk won by 6% in a bad GOP year.

Republicans do not feel the need to blast their views.

Cedric,
I would love nothing more than to post a national poll showing McCain in the lead. Only problem is that I can find one!

Do you think McCain is ahead? How about two polls out today showing him behind in VA by double digits? One of these polls is SurveyUSA, a polling company that many here was touting last week as being very accurate. If these polls are somewhat accurate, then the state of the race is probably very similar to what that national polls are showing.
