You misunderstand me. I don't fear that the US Army is going to knock on my door, drag me away and oppress me. I trust the army.

But I think out government is afraid of something. I think our government is thinking that I am going to need protection really soon. The army is coming home so that they can defend me (here) against my enemies.

And it's not just George Bush worrying about riots in Detroit -- Germany appears to be afraid as well.

If NYC is vaporized, the army will be needed to help the survivors. I think that's what this is about.

I wouldn't. Many of it's leadership are those same ones looking for political office in the future.

But I think out government is afraid of something.

The government is always paranoid.
