I just got an email from my sister telling me that Nobama is ready to unlease a video tomorrow that slaps McCain's integrity with the Keating 5 scandal. They already have the site up. I wonder if they realize that the people who actually ran the scam were all Democrats.

No, Keating and McCain were close political and personal friends up until the moment McCain learned that there were possible criminal referrals involving Lincoln. McCain then distanced himself from Keating and refused to assist him in any way. That is the opposite of what DeConcini did. DiConcini interfered in the regulatory process.
There was nothing wrong with McCain's involvement with Keating. Keating, at this this point, was one of the cleanest, most honorable businessmen that you could imagine. Deeply religious and honest, you may remember him for trying to drive Larry Flynt out of Cincinnati. That's not my cup-o-tea and the antiporn movement drew a lot of charlatans but Keating was the real deal.
