These are the blank form included in the filing documents for the judge to sign if he agrees with you.

The image is the form Berg submitted for the judge to sign -- it's not an order unless it's signed.
This has to be pulled unless the link (maybe even the title) clearly states that this document is in front of the judge for POSSIBLE future signature....but this is FAR from a “done deal”. Careful here, folks.....

According to Newstand the form is part of the normal legal process so that if the judge rules with the order, all he has to do is date and sign. A ruling is expected almost by the hour now. The judge asked for the lawyer to file for the order within 3 days from the defendants’ request for dismissal, not the normal 10 or so. That seems to signal that the judge wants to rule quickly. The case was first filed around Aug. 21, 2008.
Not only is there no date, the expected date is sometime in September.
I imagine this is simply the court order requested by Berg and not, as yet, an order issued by the court.

It is the Proposed Order submitted by Berg- not a signed order by the court.
Note - if you can make your case that this is a valid court order, I will not lock the thread. But the burden of proof is on you so we don’t spread misleading information. I will consider all opinions on this thread, I won’t just rely on mine. Thanks.
