In another article on Yahoo Simpson Guilty On All Charges in robbery trial Simpson was quoted saying:

...he felt melancholy and that he was "afraid that I won't get to go to my kids' college graduations after I managed to get them through college."

That's Simpson for you. Always thinking of himself as the achiever. No credit to his kids for getting through college; for their efforts or anything. It is always about him, -- how he managed to get them through. What a selfish, egotistical person he is. Beyond that, he is simply mentally sick. Another criminal narcissist. Prisons are full of them.

Before the verdict tonight, I was thinking about the whole thing. Being from upstate NY, I remember him playing for the Bills and I can tell ya, he was awesome. Stunningly awesome.

Isn’t he still like one of the top ten RB’s in history?

And even after he stopped playing, he had celebrity appearances all over the place.

There was no reason for what happened the first time. And the fact that there was a second incident shows how stupid he is. Stupid, or maybe just caught up in the lifestyle, something.

He should have made his peace and moved to Podunk, Iowa, and made his living signing autographs, counting his lucky stars at night.
