I'm no lawyer, but this seems like a no-brainer to me. Any US citizen has "standing" to ensure the next President of the United States meets the most basic qualifications.

Once a court case gets going, they can last for decades.
This man does not have standing.
It was pretty smart to file a lawsuit, since they were forced to issue a ‘motion to dismiss’ when it would be easier to produce the document if they had the document.
We ALL need to write to or call the election commission and demand that this be resolved immediately.
My kids need an original, valid birth certificate to play township soccer, for goodness’ sake! Is it really possible that the election commission doesn’t require this in order to run for president?
A lawyer who says he knows what will happen to a motion is a fool.
