Update on latest information from Berg v. Obama regarding eligibility for POTUS.

If you think that's all Berg's suit is about, then you have not read the entire complaint. The birth certificate is key to proving or disproving that Obama is a "natural-born" citizen.

Did you bother to tell Berg that Techdude was a fraud?

Reason I ask is because today Berg filed an amended complaint. In it, he says:

Obama was well aware the Government issued COLB was altered and forged as the original document was in the name of Maya Kasandra Soetoro born in 1970.

How is Berg going to defend this claim when you are on record saying Techdude was a fraud who fabricated his evidence and that your claims as to how the COLB was produced are completely at odds with Techdude's?

The image on Obama’s “fight the smears” site is altered - the cert number is blacked out, it is therefore invalid.

Further, the document image was forensic analysis, and shown to have flaws indicating that it had a significant chance of being fraudulent.

Obama should clear this all up and produce the actual stamped hard-copy document.

What I'm talking about is Berg's amended complaint. Which was filed today. And which Berg has yet to post on his website.

This is not "ancient history." This comes straight from Berg's amended complaint which was filed today, October 6, 2008.

So the question still stands.

Have you read the law Berg cites? There's an interesting discussion and - better yet - links to the actual law on this issue, here.

According to the linked law, Berg misstates one law (about Obama's mother's citizenship) and totally ignores the other law which provided that Obama's citizenship could not be lost due to his mother's actions, since he returned to the US before he was 23.

I think this is likely. Of course, I also think it's likely that they never asked for proof of Obama's religion or citizenship. If that's the case, the document proves nothing. Either it's evidence to support the information alleged in it – or it's not. Can't "pick" one piece of information and hold that up as evidence, while rejecting the other "pieces" as nonevidence.

Clinton got a pass on his girlfriend Gennifer Flowers, who played a tape of Clinton saying to “lie, just lie”, even under oath. The MSM claimed that Flowers manufactured the tape. But she was just a Bimbo, and we all saw how that turned out.

I used to think that if FR was around at that time, we would have gotten the goods on Clinton. But we are here this time, and there are bigger scandals than Flowers on the table, and the MSM is passing on all of it.

Regardless of that group's motives for starting whatsyourevidence.com, I read it and have referred others to it.

The thing I like about it is that it provides actual links to the reports that it cites. Berg doesn't do that for most of his allegations, and I haven't found any other site that does that. I had to go to that site to figure out what Berg was talking about on several of his claims. I found SUPPORT for his claims there, which was very helpful.

And, you can disagree with some of the conclusions reached on that site (I do), but you can't really argue with the information in the links posted there. For example, you can disagree with their statements about the law, but at least there you can link to that law to draw your own conclusion. And I clicked on the law they have posted on US citizenship, and it's hard to see how Berg gets around that.

If we discount the site (any site) because we don't agree with its politics, then we have to discount Berg too - he's a die-hard Democrat.

I say we should read all the sites! Information is power!
