The first mention of Obama's 16 month plan for retreating from Iraq I found was early April of this year (below). Last night Biden again talked of Obama's 16 month plan. The Obama compaign must just figure dumb voters just assume the 16 months starts from the time they last mention the sixteen months. But wouldn't be more correct to now call it Obama's 10 month plan, next month it would be Obama's 9 month plan, etc.. LOL!

If troops started withdrawing when Obama pre-Surge was calling for a withdrawal, Al Qaeda would have declared victory in Iraq, and Al Qaeda would be stronger and more of a threat now, and so would Iran.
It is killing me that McCain/Palin are not explaining WHY setting a date for withdrawl is throwing up a white flag.
When Obama says, come hell or high water, we will leave Iraq in 16 months, what does the enemy hear? That all they have to do is hang on for 16 months, and they win.
You’ve got to connect the dots and spell it out for people, otherwise they don’t get it.

I couldn’t remember when I first heard of the 16-month plan, but it seemed like it was at least 16 months ago. I mentioned to my husband last night, shouldn’t we be out already or close to it if we went by when Obama first presented it?
December 06..they would have been out this last May...and Al Qaeda would control Iraq..no doubt...probably the worst plan in the history of planning and he’s gonna be our president
Let’s keep praying he doesn’t get in. My daughter-in-law is Army Reserve. She just found out she is being transferred to another unit and will be deployed. We don’t have all the details yet. Not sure if this year yet, or sometime next year. Sounds like Iraq, but who knows by the time they are actually deployed.
