My daughter goes to Catholic school. She is in the 6th grade and the kids talk politics (which generally means their parents’ politics.) My daughter is disgusted with all of the Obama supporting families in her class. She has been telling her friends that Obama supports abortion, and they tell her that he doesn’t (and no, I haven’t put her up to this, and I have told her to be careful how she talks to people about politics.) The hate for Palin coming from these church-going, Catholic schooled children amazes me.

Perhaps your daughter should pull out the Catechism and show her fellow students this. Evidently these students do not understand that supporting abortion in ANY way is a grave (mortal) sin.
