Yes, insane and outrageous statement. To your second point - Amen. If you’ve ever heard Cheney speak, he’s a good person and actually has a great sense of humor, albeit dry and subtle. He, along with W, have amazing strength to withstand all the vilification, condemnation and vitriol they’ve received from the Left.
