This should rightfully be viewed as a gift and a magnificent weapon to be turned against - Obama.
Go public with it in the strongest way.
Let them try to stop the message that puts forth exactly how they are trying to extinguish free speech and, yes, even free thought.
It is a gift. Use it.
Everything else aside, this alone disqualifies the bastard from being president. If we had a real media in this country, 0bama would be widely criticized for such anti free speech and thuggish tactics.
If a republican did something like this, using the police power of the government to suppress criticism, there would be massive outrage on the part of the media.
So could many of us.

I did not say that the Constitution was an iron clad defense and that we therefore have no worries.

What I said was that the wisdom of the founding fathers has been demonstrated again.
My point being that our way of moving from point A to point B may change, we may develop more potent ways of killing people, we may develop better ways of keeping people alive, we may change our life style, but the innate traits of humans; the inner workings of the human mind; the desire to control others by some in our midst, lust, greed dishonesty in a certain percentage of the populace is basically the same as it was when our nation was formed.
For that matter, it is no different than when Socrates and Plato discussed morality.
I wonder if they are still studied in our schools?
I don’t know, but I bet you could get a cable TV show!!!
