Poll: 41% Say Iraq War Succeeding, 48% Say Will Get Even Better

Granted the focus of today's news is overwhelmingly on the bailout and the presidential race, but there is also big news on how Americans are now seeing the war effort. The pendulum has swung from despair to hopeful belief and this is important news that impinges on the elections.

Rasmussen released new data on September 30 that shows that more Americans are now viewing the war as a success and a growing number think that things will get even better in the near future. This is the highest support that Rasmussen has seen since they began to report on this issue. Curiously, news of the war has completely dropped off the radar of the Old Media...

What? I thought the war was an abject failure, that were throwing trillions of dollars down the tube each month, seeing hundreds of thousands of American soldiers killed, and generating millions of highly-trained al-Qaeda terrorists as blowback? ABCNNBCBS lied to me????

/do I need it?

This could help on election day. I noticed that GOP identification has also been steadily improving.

Correction: just in time for Obama to lose it on purpose so that he can blame it on Bush which allows O to justify his opposition to it.

I really am despising the people in this country. I think we are at a point when we deserve The Fall under Obama. And they will, no doubt, with their ignorance, get us there and this country will suffer.
