How about mailing a used bag of tea to all those who voted in favor of this bailout? It would definitely send a message if enough people were to do it. I like your idea -- and used is the operative word. We don't want to waste anything usable, since such commodities might be in short supply in the not-to-distant future, what with the inevitable magnifying of this economic crisis by our self-serving 'leadership'.
