Forgive me.
I have to post this unfinished due to size. Please read FINAL VOTE RESULTS FOR ROLL CALL 674 for the rest of the names of the Republican Congressmen.

I'll continue to add to this post to finish the list.

So ... let the phone calls begin ....

My anger is at you, and the other populist children ignorant of economics and history, striving with all your might to wreck my country and the cause of conservatism for generations.

Cantor voted for this crap? That’s disappointing. Here I was supporting him for the VP pick — now I’m glad he didn’t get it.

Yeah, like my Congressman John T. Doolittle who was driven from his seat by the Bush administration without even being charged with any actual wrong doing.

I notice he's still representing our interest by voting no each time unlike his colleague in a neighboring district, Dan Lungren!!!

Don’t waste your breath here. Surf more thoughtful sites till things settle down.

Looks like calmer heads are beginning to prevail.

I enjoy telling these people they do not speak for me nor for conservatism, because their presumption in the matter galls the heck out of me.

My congressman has already been mailed my opinions.

Tancredo voted for it too. Bernie Sanders voted against. You aren't conservatism.

This bailout abortion is neither conservative nor liberal. Just wrong.

I tried to email my Representative, Duncan Hunter, and thank him for his NO vote. The House servers were down every time I tried. I'll get through sooner or later!

You were speaking of presumption? I didn’t claim to embody “conservatism.” I said this bill was crap, and that I was disappointed with Cantor — no more, no less.

So if you plan to continue to jump to erroneous conclusions, go knock down strawmen with someone else.

We believe in free markets. Free markets have risk. Incorrect decision-making regarding risk results in inefficiencies. Inefficiencies are swept out of the market to make room more more efficient, and smarter, risk takers.

This bill socializes risk. It props up inefficiencies and prevents them from being swept out of the market. It accomplishes the same sort of economic decisions that the Soviet Union made for its state-supported industries. It is the same time of inefficiency that France has suffered from for years from propping up state endeavors and shoving aside competing private ones.

This bill is opposed to the very basic foundations of conservative economic thought.

What started out as a three page document ceding all authority with absolutely no accountability or control over to Paulsen has now, after appropriate input from Lobbyists and other Elites, blossomed into the 451 page monstrosity?

These elected ‘servants’ (Especially in the Senate) are arrogant beyond belief! I say throw all incumbents out and start over.

“My anger is at you, and the other populist children ignorant of economics and history”

My anger is with people like you that I assume aren’t dry behind the ears yet(baby boomer or younger) that think it’s acceptable to live on credit!

The last depression weeded out people like you and taught them a lesson.

It’s a sorry state that the lessons learned only lasted 2 generations.

Take your lumps and learn from them.

That goes for both the borrowers and lenders.

Very succinctly put, but unlikely to impress the immediate gratification crowd...
