House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has directed nearly $100,000 from her political action committee to her husband's real estate and investment firm over the past decade, a practice of paying a spouse with political donations that she voted to ban last year.
Financial Leasing Services Inc. (FLS), owned by Paul F. Pelosi, has received $99,000 in rent, utilities and accounting fees from the speaker's "PAC to the Future" over the PAC's nine-year history.

A joint investigation of Nancy Pelosi and Charlie Rangel would sure save some money.

Could this... No, ...
Wait, could this be the first shot over the bow? She's failed on all major pieces of legislation. Maybe someone or some group has decided she needs to go in order to save the House for the Donkeys?

Pelosi (& the rest of American) need to be reminded of Rangel and she needs to be asked why she's keeping a person who claims he doesn't know the tax code as the chairman of the ways & means.

The *main* purpose of seeking elected office is to enrich the officeholder and those close to him/her, in many cases. Most other cases are mainly for power itself.
If all the corrupt dealings of congressmen were unveiled, it would rival any third-world assembly, imho, in depth, though obviously congressmen would make quite a bit more.

The “nonpartisan” watchdog group mentioned, CREW, is a lefty ant-Bush organization. It’s founder is Joe Wilson’s attorney and has worked for Shumer, Conyers and Biden.

Saying:
"Why would they steal $100,000 when they already have 19 million"
is like saying:
"Why should I get a vaccine for polio, nobody has polio in the US"

I’m beginning to have a whole new understanding of the French Revolution. I owe the french an apology. Perhaps they actually knew what they were doing way back then.
