Almost twelve years of republican presidents, including twelve years with the republicans controlling congress, and it wasnt overturned. You forgot eight years of Reagan, for a total of TWENTY YEARS of allegedly pro-life Republican presidents. I don't disbelieve in their pro-life feelings, but they sure haven't gotten much done.

We need FIVE Supreme Court justices to overturn Roe v. Wade. When Reagan took office there were TWO (Rehnquist and Byron White). We now have FOUR and possibly Kennedy (if it’s the “right” case).
Reagan was pro-life and GWB is too, GHWB was marginal at best. But DON’T make the mistake of thinking that this is not winnable.

If you were President how would you go about overturning Roe v. Wade faced with a liberal Supreme Court and so many gutless slimeballs in Congress???
