I have been doing a lot of research and been debating whether to put some of it on here. I have been connecting dots for the last six months or maybe more. I used to scoff at some comments on here but not any more.

McCain/Palin are the only two people standing in the way of a horrible four years for this Nation. Paulson was the first piece of the puzzle put in place openly. The CIA has been tanked, SoS is out of control as much as before, and we need someone that is against pork to come in and veto some of these programs and actually launch investigations by the DOJ which has been a bad joke under Bush.

Was not a McCain person as everyone on here knows — not even close but after all the research if I had it to do over again in 2000, I would have supported John McCain not George W. Bush. I don’t agree with McCain on everything but he has been so sandbagged by this Administration I might have lost my cool as well.

Food for thought!

Republican presidential nominee Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., first made the suggestion to NBC News correspondent Kelly O’Donnell. His senior economic adviser, Douglas Holtz-Eakin, later confirmed to MSNBC that McCain said Congress has already given the Treasury Department authority to bail out Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to the tune of a trillion dollars.

Are these two out of their apparently tiny minds?

I can guarantee you unfortunately it is not strategy and Bush is not out helping McCain. Fundraiser showed that.

When Bush sided with Paulson and Obama and the Dems in that meeting, I almost went ballistic. First I didn’t believe it and then found out what I heard originally was true made me sick and then made me mad and little things started to make sense.

If Bush is not in the tank with the Dems, then his pick of Paulson makes zero sense since he was pushed by Schumer. Why would he pick someone with ties to Goldman Sachs? Then when I found out Paulson hired two Obama supporters as assistants and the WH aides kept asking why, I begin to doubt Bush wanted McCain to win.

Why didn’t Bush go after the Clintons for trashing the WH or many other things? Why is his Dad so friendly with Clinton? All questions we have been asking. Something is flat out wrong.

“Sadly, what you say is true. I remember being told ad nauseum that Hunter was “just” a House Republican and that was the same as being nothing. The Republicans in the House are the last vestiges of Conservatism.

Wall St. and the rest of the Country Club Pubbies despised him. What I said in reply is what I say now. Wall St. doesn’t want their boat rocked, because, their boat, is a 94 ft. yacht. They are pure free tradin’ capitalists as long as the money rolls in and whether China was cheating on trade was irrelevant. They were wrapped up in the purity of Free Trade and Capitalism. Now, different story; they are whining for a Socialist scenario to bail their a$$e$ out.”

I may have to take a vacation until after this election. I can’t believe conservatives are finding ways to justify a president spending a TRILLION dollars without any oversight by congress. .....stroke of the pen! It’s okay as long as ‘our’ guy does it?

phooey

The “who the hell cares” part is a joke based upon the fact that the Mayan calendar foretells the end of the world in 2011.

Notice how the so-called global financial crisis doesn't even register as a major internal issue for other countries. In Canada they're watching this as purely a US matter. Same for BBC. And Australia.

You'd think if this were as serious as they make it, it would be an emergency everywhere. But its nowhere near that. Completely manufactured for USA consumption.

Ohhh. Thanks, now I get it. I better bone up on my Mayan calendar knowledge, so I’ll be ready.
