Looks like a lot of blue state Repubs voted for it. I counted 7 from CA alone and noticed several NY and a few other blue’s too. Take away all the blue’s and not many red state Repubs left.

These critters who are retiring are either covering for Bush, McCain or Wall St. They had nothing to lose and possibly are paying back some campaign contribution favors.

If Pelosi tried to cram the ACORN stuff back in the bill to win more Democrats, she will say goodbye to all those GOP votes, I’ll bet. Also, she will face a Bush veto and all the ACORN stuff will explode into public view.
