In my opinion, duel citizenship does not disqualify him, especially since he has not been a Kenyan since 1982.

I agree but why didn't the MSM ever report that he once held dual (or triple) citizenship? This is an important biographical fact that has been SUPPRESSED by the MSM.

I agree. We win on issues.

Obama was not born in Hawaii. He was born in Kenya. That’s a fact. His “Hawaiian Birth Certificate” was a fake.

I disagree. Win by whatever means possible, as long as they are legal and truthful. The Democrats are playing hardball and the Republicans need to do the same.

If we don't, and Obama wins, how will we explain to future generations when he destroys the country from within? Will we say "we took the high road"? Yeah, that'll be a BIG consolation to my future grandkids, Mohamed and Bahiyaa.

No matter what the laws are/were in whatever foreign country he was born in, the fact remains he’s still an American citizen through his mother.

As others have said, this is a non-issue on par with Palin’s hairdresser. What the msm reports or doesn’t report is not the issue. The issue is he’s lied about countless activites, he’s not accomplished much of anything in congress other than being “present” less times than he’s not been, and he and his puppet masters are out to destroy America.

We’ve got this archived, right? so it can’t just disappear down the memory hole when the campaign wakes up in the morning.

I agree that whatever we do much be legal and truthful and that Democrats are being less than truthful. We are not trying to convince fellow conservatives. We are not trying to convince left wingers. We are trying to convince middle of the road independents. Our message must be targeted to what they are willing to hear and believe. Most do not understand dual citizenship issues, national birth issues and so forth. They do understand the price of gas, the cost of credit and the need to be safe in the world.

I am not an expert on the law but it SHOULD disqualify him because we don’t need a president who might have even a small feeling of allegiance to another country.

You are SCREAMING about a non-issue not being reported? Essentially you are SCREAMING because obama is not being blamed for the fact that his father was a Kenyan.

There are plenty of problems with obama that arise from his own adult choices, this is a genuine non-starter.

His mother was not qualified to give him US citizenship, per the laws on the books at the time. I don’t have the exact law to quote you now, but someone will, or I will later.

My memory paraphrases it something like: A child of a US citizen will be a US citizen when born outside of the United states provided that the mother has lived at least 10 years in the States, 5 of which have to be after the age of 14. Since Ann was only 18 when BHO was born, she couldn’t have lived 5 years in the US after age 14, she would have to have been 19. Thus she can’t pass citizenship to BHO.

I think that most middle of the road independents do understand dual citizenship, at least to the level where they will wonder why he is loyal to 2 countries. I firmly believe that most Americans want a candidate who has 100% loyalty to one, and only one, country ... the USA.

I totally disagree, there is ample reason to conclude that this man might have strong feelings of loyalty to another country of which he was a citizen in the past. This is NOT minor, it should disqualify him from the presidency.

In one of those links there is a copy of his birth certificate posted. Was that a fake? I thought I heard that.

Well, I guess we will have to disagree on this. I form my opinion by being part of focus groups on political advertisements in 2008.

By the way, you have a cool profession! Don't you wish your kids would listen to your instructions as well as your computer listens to your instructions.

You are SCREAMING about a non-issue not being reported?

And you are missing the point that, to the MSM, everything McCain or Palin do is a MAJOR issue. The point is that they won't mention this (like his middle name) or do any investigative research into his past. For Palin they are looking for dirt everywhere. They even recently had an interview with the woman who beat her in the Miss Alaska pageant who is African-American and voting for Obama ... yeah there's a breaking news story.
