We cannot overemphasize the gravity of Governor Blunt's accusation. While we are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice, "Conspiracy against rights" is a felony under the U.S. Code, Title 18 (Crimes). At present, Governor Blunt's allegation is exactly that, and Barack Obama, like everybody else, is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. On the other hand, the court of public opinion is entitled to render a verdict before Election Day, and the following accusation needs to be either disproven or confirmed to the public's satisfaction. Even if the Missouri AG declines to step in here, the Governor can demand that the DOJ step in. If I were the Missouri AG I would promptly and strongly warn all law enforcement personnel in Missouri to avoid official involvement in purely political matters. I would also send a letter to the Obama campaign and warn them that any attempt to prosecute people for political ads will result in vigorous criminal prosecutions and civil lawsuits.

That would be the ad in spanish. I listen to Rush every day, and even Clinton said it was a horrible ad. There is no level low enough that the O will not stoop to it.
