Great Video. The oil prices were key.

Sub-primes were successful for a dozen years but they existed quite precariously. The rise in oil prices as well as all cost increases caused by that rise, (electricity, gasoline, heat, food, etc), narrowed the edge these loans were perched upon and they all came crashing down.

There's a hole in the roof and it's raining, there's a $700B bucket on the floor to catch the water. However if you don't fix the leak, pretty soon that bucket will begin to spill over and we will need another bucket. How many buckets can we afford?

Bottom line, if you want to fix the hole in the roof, you need to tap the holes in the ground.

It’s a very good. It does move a bit too quickly, though. I watched it the other day.
Why Republicans on tv every day aren’t using some of these facts as comebacks to the dems blaming everything on Bush and the republicans, I don’t know.

First, this is a very good video. I can't send it to my Democrat friends because they wouldn't watch it because it is too overtly political. If the cheesy tags from top and bottom, the political endorsement and the begging to spread it was removed. This thing could go absolutely nuts viral.

Frankly, putting on my tin foil hat for the first time, I have to wonder if this isn't what Ayers and related forces were hoping for regardless of when it came but the players in this Goldman Sachs (Who just happened to get "saved" by Warren Buffett) are actively working with Paulson and the Democrats behind the scenes to undermine opposition to this plan which is going to be used to pump more funding into ACORN and secure forgiveness for all of these fraudulently purchased homes courtesy of the United States government.

If you wanted to engineer a scenario to usher in a Big Government take over of the Mortgage industry I couldn't think of a more effective one. It gets the bankers to willingly give up this business to get free of the massive black hole and hands this Trillion Dollar slush fund to the Democrats if they can manage to grab the Whitehouse in this election. It is stunning.
