I had forgotten you and I lived so close to each other! I feel bad that while Ryan’s name sounded very familiar to me I couldn’t place it. (Probably because Obama mentioned Green Bay).

I believe you’re right that the pause, and looking down at his wrist is NOT going to be looked at favorably at all up here. I think people will be VERY turned off by it. Do you think they’ll cover this on any of the TV news channels? I’ll go check the Wausau Herald site, and see if anything’s up there yet...

I don't watch TV, so I don't know how the locals will cover it. I checked our local paper's web site, but nothing is up yet. I had forgotten Sgt. Jopek's mother gave him the bracelet until I saw the video from last night. My first thought was, "Oh boy...he just lost Antigo/Merrill!;

The Daily Journal is probably out by now, but won't be on their web site until Monday.
