Did anyone else hear Rush's take on the “meeting” yesterday? It was certainly interesting and VERY DIFFERENT from what we were hearing from the dimwitted Dems! Rush heard from his sources that during the “negotiations” yesterday, the Dems selected Obama to represent them. He, not understanding the word “negotiate”, proceeded to lambaste the Republicans for DARING to disagree. At that point the meeting TOTALLY disintegrated, with Obama looking like the jackass he is, in front of the most important folks in the House and Senate, the President, Paulison, and Bernanke. That's why he left so fast today. He was embarrassed by his performance yesterday. (Incidentally, McCain said scarcely anything, preferring instead to listen to the various suggestions offered.)
I wonder if Obama’s specific basis for attacking Republicans was that they “dared” to leave ACORN, et al, out of their proposed plan?
Wow. Is that true? That's amazing, and frightening.
My main thought at the debate was "Is this manchild REALLY that close to attaining the Presidency?" He struck my ears as clueless. I thought it surely must be a bad joke. I think McCain has to be careful about going for the juglar, although there is SO MUCH to work with in Obambi's "record."
I mean, what if McCain asked the rhetorical question, "So....you have experience with ACORN? Did you gain foreign policy experience while working at ACORN, or did you only assist in committing domestic voter fraud?"
I know, wishful thinking.
I wasn’t able to follow up with Rush or yesterday with the news to find out what really happened.
Makes sense. We will probably get more from Rush on this.
