Judgment of another’s soul is, if you’ll pardon the expression, WAY above our pay grades.
However, we can observe and learn from others’ lack of Christian actions.
Yes, indeed, we can and must judge actions, both our own and those of others. I can’t imagine a person even wanting to be able to judge another’s soul.
