Trust is really quite irrelevant at this point. An actual policy will be followed, and it will blow up and destroy half the country, or it won't.

Really, nothing else matters a tuppenny damn at this point. It is purely about getting the policy right. The voters will not forgive anyone for correctly representing their own boneheaded mistakes or financial illiteracy.

That is my shorthand for Nancy Pelosi and Barney Frank. They are unbearable but I can’t want to watch them unravel with McCain wins.
