Hmmmmm Major Garret just said that Obama wants to open the debate with McCain's "erratic" behavior, lay the blame at Mac's feet, and also has a few good "zingers".
How strange for Major to mention something like that. Looks like O's camp playing dangerous games.

We have no way of knowing whether this is true or not. McCain said, clearly, he didn't support the plan as it ws and said it wouldn't pass as is. Thus, it's entirely possible that certain elemnts have changed - but I don't trust ABC.
