And my fervent hope (as I'm sure it is yours and most every FReeper on this forum) is to see Senators Christopher Dodd (D-CT), Barack Obama (D-IL), and Representative Barney Frank (D-MA), along with Jim Johnson and Franklin Raines, all testifying before a panel on Capitol Hill and in a District of Columbia Court.
One thing's for sure: Heads need to roll.
“the Federal Bureau of Investigation - otherwise known as the FBI, is finally getting an investigation underway into the Fannie Mae - “
That is good news indeed. They should just let Fannie and Freddie go down. They are dead weight.
I called my congresscritter again today and asked if the corrupt ACORN was in the last bill, and the aide said she would get back to me (she did when I called in the past).
The reason I called is because I want them to know how important it is that they take out corrupt pork, like ACORN, in any future bills.
They have a new bill, which will probably be voted on Wednesday, and it seems all they are going to do is raise the insurance from $100,00 to $250,000? and give tax breaks, which is fine in itself, but what does it have to do with fixing the problem?
Is govt. going to continue to force banks to loan money to poor people who can’t pay the money back?
