This sort of revelation is usually reserved for a deathbed confession. And Bill looked healthy and well when I saw him on TV today.
Of course, he just might be wanting to deflect criticism of himself for the Presidential pressure he put on banks to lend in conformance with CRA, or the appointment of Raines, Johnson, and Gorelick to Fannie Mae.
