Awesome: McCain’s acting in good faith in pulling out of the debate, says Clinton

Via Breitbart, here he is from this morning’s GMA, just a week after calling McCain a “great man” and mere hours before stressing how “personally, profoundly honored” he is to have him speak at his charity. This must be the first time since … ever that he and Gingrich have agreed on something. Think he’s enjoying feeding The One this turdburger in bite-sized morsels as thanks for all the racial demagoguery thrown at him during the primary?

The best part of this isn’t the “good faith” bit but his point — which he repeats, so that no one misses it — that Maverick actually wanted more debates, not less. That’ll be a handy riposte tomorrow if McCain ends up skipping out and the left starts accusing him of being scared. Exit question that’s really not a question: Dude, he’s totally voting Republican this year, isn’t he?

"Bill Clinton is a masterful politician, and Obama used and abused him and the wife. Obama, the Dem Party and the MSM have Hell to pay, and they're just starting to realize it."

Wonder what Obama will think when Bill & Hitlery have a chummy meeting with Sarah Palin? I hope to see some great photos of that. Obama will melt. It will be the Clinton's twisting the knife in deeper.

".."this cracker is just trying to help Barry""

If you listened to Rush this morning, he played what Bill Clinton said on TV shows the last few days. He dropped neutron bombs on Obama and the Rats that striked down reform years ago. And thimble size neutron bomb on Republicans that opposed him in 1998 while he was in charge.

He admires McCain and is impressed with Sarah Palin. (guess why?). (BTW, the Pakistan President hit on her according to Laura Ingraham.) FIND this story!

I don't think Clinton is going to obviously sink Obama. He doesn't like Obama and Obama's wife HATES Hillary.

They should allow Obama the opportunity to debate himself.

Then perhaps he will become a master debater.

Hate to admit it, but I agree with your wife.. he can really be articulate and charming.

I saw him on the View the other day and I thought him absolutely compelling. He can even make Whoopi swoon... he noticed her shoes! This is a master seducer of women, and I mean master. Hillary must have given up in, oh, about 1980. How funny is this?

But on second thought, Clinton is the master triangulator. By wedging himself in between Mccain and Obama, he's buttering us up for 2012 when Hillary will look very middle of the road.

Weren't there rumors months ago that McCain might pick Hillary as VP?

Hate to say it, but when Bubba keeps it in his pants (and there is no guarantee that is happening) he is and could have been a very very great statesman. On the wrong side of course, but still.

“— only one President in the Clinton family and it was Bill.

an interesting thought, but I don’t think Billy gives a rats patoot about any legacy - The only reason he’s even keeping up the farce of a marriage is so he can get back in the WH with the roles reversed .. this time it would be HIM that gets to do whatever he feels like and he can’t be called on anything.

He would feed Obama to the dogs if he thought it would get him access to that big blue 747 and the world to play in.

I think there are many reasons for this new attitude, but one of them has to be that Obama had all but handed him a race card in the primaries. Bill may not be as sensitive as his outward personality, but I don't think he is a racist, I don't think he thinks he is, and I think he was genuinely deeply hurt by that accusation.

Bill Clinton was born under the sign of Leo the Lion. Obama put a big thorn in his paw. I don't know if he's racist or not, but the unforgivable sin was parading it as the truth all around the world. Bill Clinton is nothing if not proud...and he has a vindictive streak, plus you can't really blame the guy for being protective of his wife.

Obama really needs to watch out, he's an amateur playing a dangerous game with the master of politics.

The irony is that Bill is reaping what he has himself sown, because he did the same to his opponents back in the day. It's not so comfortable when the shoe is on the other foot.
