He is speaking and keeps stopping when prompter is not moving. He is AN EMPTY SUIT who is not fit to lead.
It is rather hilarious. Good ole teleprompter boy.

I noticed that too. There are to many long pauses, as if he was ahead of the prompter.
LOL! I’ve been listening to him on Fox, and he keeps repeating his sentences when the teleprompter stalls. It’s so obvious he’s stopping mid-sentence to wait for the teleprompter to continue. Then he rereads the sentence in whole. What a dork.
Kind of like when I saw Tom Cruise on Oprah......and with Matt Lauer.
I’m just sorry this didn’t happen to The Gaffiah during his Greek Temple extravaganza like with Rudy and Palin. Zillions watching on TV and he melts like butter.

And think about other politicos who have had teleprompter problems. After the fact, we found out that Sarah Palin had teleprompter problems with her convention speech, but she still delivered the speech as best she could. She did a fine job without the teleprompter.
Maybe it’s easier in general to speak if you have core beliefs, core values, and can express those beliefs without the reminder of a teleprompter. Maybe Obama just doesn’t have the core beliefs and positions. Since Obama is liberal, he needs to parse every word he says so as not to reveal too much. He can’t express the core beliefs without a teleprompter because too many people would realize he is too liberal for them, and not vote for him.
That might explain why all the Holly-weird crowd loves him. He's one of their own!

I do believe that the man can’t speaking without a teleprompter, but, this is NOT the case. You were watching the direct video feed, and NOT the interaction with the audience. McCain was live, so you HEARD the audience applaud and him stop for it. You only heard Obama stop for the applause from the direct feed; you didn’t also hear the applause that he was stopping to receive.
This was not a teleprompter issue.
That was painful. I hope someone puts that up on youtube.
Fox pointed out, right after he stopped speaking, that his pauses were related to audience applause.
He stalled over and over and looked ticked off when it happened. I don’t know what the issue was but it was not a delay imho. Obama was not happy, started to sweat and looked pissed off.
Yet, has a following of TENS OF MILLIONS!
