In Alaska, the battle lines around the scandal have grown sharper in the past two weeks as the McCain campaign dispatched national Republican operatives to advise Palin and her inner circle how to contest and discredit the legislative inquiry.

It's easy to discredit it. She had complete authority to fire the head of the state troopers and the legislators heading the inquiry are complete Obama partisans. In fact there is a photo going around with both Hollis French and (I believe) Steven Branchflower surrounded by big Obama signs. No bias there, is there. Since FR files are down for now, anyone who has a copy of that photo, please post it.
