Let Obama appoint liberal judges to replace the ones that are fairly certain to either croak or retire during his term. Let them push through their socialist agenda. The oldest justices are all libs. If they are replaced with libs - that status quo hasn't changed. And statistically, not one will die or retire in the next 4 years anyway. It's the 8 after that that count. Besides, McCain already said he wouldn't appoint someone like Alito (because he's too conservative) and he voted for Ginsburg.

I am going to vote for a conservative. The GOP/RNC gives me no other alternative. As for Obama, he'll crash and burn before we even get to November.
