I agree! Obama will look bad if he doesn’t agree, but is going to be ticked that it wasn’t his idea. He’s going to look like a follower and McCain a leader.

I’m not sure if I’d call this ‘brilliant’. We’re facing a horrible economic crisis, and a rescue effort is currently being worked out in Congress. McCain and Obama and Biden SHOULD be in D.C. trying to work out a solution to this crisis, it’s their JOB. Kudos to McCain for being the first to state the obvious. Boos to Obama and Biden for not following McCain’s lead.
