A financial crisis in the financial sector, we are still manufacturing, working, most of us are paying our mortgages. Most ‘average americans’ will only hear the spin of the msm, whom will make this look like a desperate move. A financial crisis in the financial sector, we are still manufacturing, working, most of us are paying our mortgages. Most ‘average americans’ will only hear the spin of the msm, whom will make this look like a desperate move.

The only way the MSM will succeed in making this look like a desperate move is if they quit all the headlines about wall street and the financial markets. I highly doubt they will be willing to do that, even to spin the election.

Average Joe is brighter than you think - anyone with money in a 401K notices it's been going down for months now. Anyone with a house or looking at one has seen prices fall (in almost all areas). Everyone sees the price of gas and food going up. People might be self-absorbed, but enough has happened to be noticed by almost everyone. Except perhaps those in the remote areas of Alaska;)

You are naive about the financial sector not affecting manufacturing and people working. When the Mfg. can't get a loan to buy parts or the raw material to continue production and the banks tell the farmer they don't have the money to loan for his tractor and when Joe Public goes to buy a car he is asked to pay in cash.

This could all happen starting Monday if this financial crisis is not solved.
