Obama is saying hell no, the debate is on, no suspension of the campaign, no return to Washington.
Ex. Cell. Ent.
The McCain campaign should IMMEDIATELY announce: Very well, we’re sending Sarah Palin to stand-in for McCain.
Then Obama is sincerely and truly trapped. He then must debate an adversary with a far sharper wit and more natural oratorical gifts than his own... and if, under pressure, he decides to join McCain in D.C., it will look like he’s afraid of a girl.
McCain should point out how Ding Dong isn’t taking the financial situation seriously, can’t be trusted to set the correct priorities, can’t even be trusted to perform his senatorial duties when needed and will have no idea of the formulation of whatever congressional plan from the ground up will be, in addtion to having no concept of Country First.
McCain should fire with both barrels.
