Both Biden and Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama voted to kill a Senate amendment that would have diverted federal funding for the bridge to repair a Louisiana span badly damaged by Hurricane Katrina, Senate records show.
And both voted for the final transportation bill that included the $223 million earmark for the Alaska project.

If I had know that McCain promised to veto ANY bill that had ‘earmarks’ I would have been supporting him sooner.
But with his record.. who knew? (see McCain/Feingold)
Thank God he picked Palin or there might never have been enough press coverage (no time- after they were done with “The One”)

Nah, Chris Matthews has been sent out by NBC to speak for Obama in Bristol, Virginia this week. [I’m tempted to freep the freak with a sign on the side of my motorhome asking if he’s still got that almost blackman Obama tingle going up his white, liberal, presstitute leg.] The alphabet networks are the fifth column enemy and now aren’t even trying to hide it from the dumbed-down voters. The Obama campaign lies wouldn’t have life if nbot for the media working off of the DNC talking points.

Let’s see according to CNN Palin turned down the Bridge to Nowhere only after it had become a national joke. I guess that’s why it was supported 93-1 in the senate. Obviously the senate didn’t think it was a joke or else they wouldn’t have turned down the proposal to shift the funds from Alaska to New Orleans. Palin could have used those funds for the “bridge” but instead turned it down. CNN can’t stand Palin getting credit for anything. I guess putting Biden in a bad light is progess somewhat.
