Audience member: “I just wanted to take an opportunity to ask the media: ‘Where’s your thirty investigators over in Chicago look at Ayers?’”

“We want the media to start doing their job and stop picking on little children because of their age and their pregnancies. Shame on you, shame on all of yous.”

McCain: “That is a great question.”

McCain assures crowd: “She can take it.”

All of the investigating on Obama was done by talk radio and bloggers, and to an extent Fox News Channel. I’ve never seen anything like this, the media completely being in the tank for a presidential candidate with no background checks or investigative reporting. Not even during Bill Clinton’s 1992 campaign.

Yeah, sure Big Media should be paying attention to this just like they should be paying attention to Dem ties to the sub-prime and FM scandal. But they don’t, and they won’t. We are long past the time when the media did its job responsibly. The nation can count on the fact that Big Media is deep in the tank for Obama, and any damaging information about him, and there’s no end of it, will have to come from conservative sources.
