Biden To Deliver “Major” McCain Attack by Aaron Bruns
CINCINNATI, OH -
In what the campaign is billing as a “major speech,” Biden will say that only Obama has the foreign policy judgment to take the United States in the right direction — and that his good friend John McCain would be a disaster.
“The policies he would pursue as president would be wrong for America – nowhere more so than with our security and standing in the world,” Biden will say, according to prepared remarks distributed by the campaign. “Time and again, on the most critical national security issues of our time, John McCain’s judgment was wrong.”
“In the run up to the war in Iraq, John insisted that we would be greeted as liberators… that we didn’t need a lot of troops… that victory was imminent,” Biden’s expected to say. “Then, he said he wasn’t worried about Afghanistan… that we would “muddle through”… and he declared Afghanistan to be “a remarkable success.”
“And John McCain continues to insist, against all the evidence and all the facts, that Iraq is the central front in the war on terrorism… and not the mountains between Afghanistan and Pakistan where the people who actually attacked us on 9-11 reside and are regrouping.”
“John is more than wrong — he is dangerously wrong. On a question so basic, so fundamental, so critical to our nation’s security, we can’t afford a Commander-in Chief so divorced from reality and from America’s most basic national interests,” Biden will say.

Biden finished his talk. Basically, he is calling for war with Russia. Does he realize that this would bring on a World War? This guy is nuts. He also stated that he went to Georgia and layed out a plan, devised by he and Obama, on how to fight Russia. Has he broken out laws?

I love it when the Hussein Obama campaign says they’re about to make a “MAJOR” speech about WHATEVER.
Remember after the rev. Wright tapes when the Hussein campaign alerted the media that Obama was going to make a “MAJOR SPEECH ABOUT RACE?” The media flocked to the clown. Chris Matthews said it was maybe the greatest speech of all time, BS, BS, etc.
The media are stealing the election. We’ve got to find a way to really make them pay.
Democrats are trying to put McCain on the defense. McCain needs to stay on the offense and don’t even respond to these idiots. Democrats can’t handle being on the defense.

I'm starting to think old Joe is a Hillary mole, an intentional loose cannon set forth on the deck Obama's nascent Ship of State. How on earth did "The One" ever allow himself to get suckered into including Joe Biden on his ticket?
I mean, I DO recollect that Hillary got some counsel from Karl Rove back early in the campaign. Is it possible that our favorite "Magnificent Bastard" had a hand in all of this?
I wonder if this was part of some sort of "Plan B" strategy - in the event that Obama beat Her Heinous in the primaries, to sabotage his campaign in 2008 in order to "clear the decks" for Hillary in 2012. What I can't figure out is how Hillary managed to slip old "Loose Lips" Biden into the ticket under Obama's vetting radar.
Let's face it, the Dems all crossed their fingers and prayed that Obama would pick Hillary for his running mate, resulting in a "dream ticket", and they kept that option open until the last minute.
But candidates that win primaries never pick their strongest opponent as a running mate, because they don't want to have a VP that tries to upstage them when they get in office. Combine that with the "Vince Foster" factor - the very real threat to his life that some would say might exist if Hillary was a "heartbeat away" from HIS presidency. So the "dream-ticket" Obama-Hillary team was a non-starter from the get-go.
So they needed, somebody, anybody to fill out the ticket - and somehow or other, the "friends" giving him advice on who to tap for VP didn't bother to warn him about Biden's "draw, shoot-self-in-foot, aim" style of communication, and what a distraction it would be from his message when he had to spend so much time "clarifying", disavowing and apologizing for Ramblin' Joe's comments.
Anyway, the more I look at this, the more it seems like a Democrat "inside job". And what really clinched it was seeing Bill Clinton on FoxNews today, saying very nice things about the Palins.
Yawn.

This is incoherent garbage. There isn’t a policy in there as far as I can tell. They need to pay a professional speechwriter or at least make sure Biden os off the sauce before trying to organize his ideas.
What we were treated to was a litany of distortion, exaggeration and lies with no significance at all.
Truthfully, a careful listening to what he said would actually bring folks to vote for McCain.
I was listening to the speech, but every other sentence that came out of Biden’s mouth was a lie and I couldn’t take it anymore.
