I'm planning on a road trip to Walter Reed Army Hospital to join in the very public display of affection for our troops and to keep the bastards from Code Pink and veterans For Peace from the Main Gate so they can't hold signs like "Enlist Here and Die For Halliburton" and "Maimed For A Lie" up to the windows of ambulance busese as they arrive from the war zones with wounded.
I'll be leaving the Philly area around 3:00 PM in the afternoon going down I-95. Will have a full size sedan so I have room for 3 passengers, 4 if 3 of them really like each other.
Can stop at places like Elkton (Exit 109) and Bel Air (Exit 77) if anyone down stream wants in. Would consider going down the New Jersey side of the river (I-295) if that's where more people live. Obviously those would be picked up some what later than 3:00 PM.
Plan is to arrive between 6;30 and 7:00 PM, stay till 9 PM and then head for home.
Expect drop off back between 11 PM and midnight, depending how far north you started.
Passengers ride free.
