You make a good point. There are more registered Democrats than Republicans. If Obama loses it means many Democrats refused to vote for him. So using MSM logic that means Democrats are racist. I am so tired of hearing if he loses it’s because he’s black. At some point blacks have to move on and recognize not everything is about color.

Does anyone else here see the threat of violence in regards to the outcome of an election as akin to (Domestic) TERRORISM? At least as it is defined by the government - threats of violence in order to influence political or social policy? The left has more in common with their Islamic terrorist brethren than they would care to admit.
To be honest if Obama were white Hillary Clinton would be Democrat’s candidate for president and Obama would never have made it out of the primaries. It was racial pandering by the media that caused them to look the other way at who Obama really is...an empty suit.

Of course there is “a white America”. But - whites are the ONLY racial group in America, that don’t seem to understand that.
Blacks certainly believe that there is a “black America”. Did you happen to catch the latest presidential poll out of North Carolina? 98% of blacks polled (yes, you have read that correctly) say they will vote for Mr. Obama in November. I’m sure that even includes blacks in North Carolina who are registered Republicans. I got those numbers from an article posted right here on FR.
Hispanics certainly believe that there is a “Hispanic America”. Do you know what “La Raza” means, and what their motto is? Nothing more need be said.
I will speculate that Asian-Americans visualize themselves as an ethnic group with certain interests, but because of their group intellect, socialization, and ethnic heritage, more resemble Euro-Americans than either the blacks or Hispanics. As such, they don’t bear any “ethno-resentment” against whites, work and blend in with them, and probably regard blacks and Hispanics pretty much the same as whites do.
The “race factor” definitely IS one of the most critical election factors this year. I daresay that if McCain wins, and if his victory is shown to be based upon a large contingent of white, democratic voters “voting against” Obama because of his race, it probably will have been “the deciding factor”.
I accept that. I realize it may be “less than logical” to do so, but then, racial identification itself (as a human behavior trait) is based less on the intellect than it is on the emotions. It’s a “gut level” reaction that bonds - and divides - humans on the most base level. I accept that, too, as one of the realities of life.
As noble as we _think_ ourselves to be, we cannot deny such things.
It is the attempt to deny them, that forms the fallacy of liberalism.

To some degree I think that you both are correct.
The left ran the farthest left guy they could get, made him a person of color, and present him as a post-racial, etc.
Then by attempting to use racism as a bludgeon, try to get this outright Marxist elected.
This is about “the cause”, and winning at all costs.

But the racism comes from WHITE DEMS. White (and black) Repoblicans will most likely, vote for McC anyway. We know that racist blacks (99% of them) will vote for the racist, Obama. That leaves WHITE DEMS as the true racists, as has been evident all along.

As sure as the sun rises every day, if Obama loses, there will probably be some Blacks rioting, just because any excuse will do for young unemployed juveniles.
What I was trying to say was that it would more likely be the white liberals and anarchists who will be rioting.

If Obama was white, he wouldn’t even be taken seriously. He’s the first affirmative action presidential candidate from a major party. Geraldine Ferraro was the first vice-presidential wannabe affirmative action hire.
