That doesnt mean the investigation is over.

That sure was quick wasn't it. How the hell could have have convened a grand jury (including find a grand jury) and hearing the evidence when even the FBI is not done with gathering information???

I don’t know too much about grand juries in Tennessee, but this might have been a way for the feds to get his two roommates on record- fast. They might have been told if they testify truthfully, they wouldn’t be prosecuted for any part they played.

I'm in shock, then again I have not heard another word about the (D) Congress Critter's son in FL that was caught bringing in illegals across the border. I read last week he had ammo, a gun, crack cocaine, 5 adults and 1 child and had charged them $3200 to get them over her but not another word since.

No frog march for those boys.
Three students who arrived at the courthouse accompanied by an attorney early Tuesday went behind closed doors with the grand jury in Chattanooga and afterward were secretly escorted out a back door at the courthouse.

How long ago did this hacking happen no more than a week. My goodness they could not even have gathered all the information in that short span of time.

Im sorry, but in the fifth grade a child is ten or eleven. How strongly can a ten year old really feel about this? Though I may agree with these people (outside of actually naming your child Daxx, ughh!) it just looks to me like somebody using their child as a mouthpiece. It is like when I see these people with five year olds with mohawks. Yeah, like that was his idea. These RAT BRATS went in there and told that Grand Jury were DemocRATS and you can't touch us and the Grand Jury said oh well then, you are free to go.

I believe some Federal Grand Jury's sit full time...there's a rotation of jurors.
But like you, I don't know how they were able to hear the case that fast. Maybe this was just a quick throw against the wall to see if they could make something stick without having to wait.

Well see, this is the age of computers. The hacker did not need to write it out by hand, just download it. Also I am sure he did not even have to individually download each piece of email.
Did you ever download a 5 meg file on a cable connection? It takes seconds, not days or hours. So once he was in to the account, it was no trouble to push a few buttons, make a few mouse clicks and the deed is done.

Tennessee is run by rats. Memphis politics are as corrupt as Chicagos. It is run by the black Fords.

Do you automatically accept the word of the media? Did this grand jury adjourn or merely go home for the day? Did the feds ask for an indictment or merely get on record witness statements before they could be compromised? Lots of ifs. The attorney for the “alledged” culprit didnot sound as if it is over. Just some throughts.
To: mware
If it was Hillary’s email that was hacked, that young man would be found dead with a bullet hole in his head and a gun in his hand, and a suicide note nearby. Dems get away with everything bad.
