You’re not way off base. I think the liberals and socialists (D&R) would use any and all means necessary to gain control and keep control including wrecking the economy in the hope that they would be seen a saviors.

As you intimated, I don’t think that this ‘Crisis’ is necessarily coincidental. I feel it is manufactured in order to hand the dhims the election. However, Rush said that conventional wisdom is not panning out in this election cycle and the dhims are not winning the economy issue.
