Today has been busy but also difficult. Had to put down one of my four cats, Pumpkin, due to liver failure. He was 10-years-old. He was an handsome orange male tiger stripes domestic house cat. At one time he was large, but as he aged, he lost a lot of weight. The liver failure took me by suprise. He was early this month but I thought that he turning the corner for the better, but it took a turn for the worse. He was at the vet clinic twice, including yesterday and today. He purred loud and sweet, knowing he was going to the Bridge for pets. It has been a hard month in part for both my family and I. :’-( =^..^=

I lost my love Simba this past December to liver failure, he was 15. I swear I see him out of the corner of my eye sometimes in the kitchen.

Sorry to hear that....we have 3 dogs and 2 cats here. The cats are a Maine Coon cat and a Blue Himalayan. The dogs here are an Irish Setter, Chocolate lab and a collie.

My condolences Biggirl. It’s hard to loose a pet, they are truly a beloved member of the family. It will take some time but, every day it will get better. Just think that he is in a better place with no more pain or discomfort.
