Even with her so-called “inexperience”—could she possibly screw up foreign policy more then the professionals have in the last 30 years?

I'd rather call it limited experience. She is Governor of the only State with exclusively international boundaries, on of which with an enemy nation. So her experience is "limited" to Canada and Russia....still more than B. Hussein's.
