Loose lips.
ping
my understanding is that these anthrax hoaxes are quite frequent, but that local governmetns take care of them and try not to give them media attention, at least that’s what ive heard through the grape vine here in vegas.
Big Sandy is not big enough for an anthrax scare. I should know; I am originally from Gilmer, Texas.
?? Not sure about what, this was a front page breaking news story and my comment re the security company is pretty public information, they are on our local news often and have signs all over the place.
See #1- if there is anything to it, I wonder if it has to do with the big security training service there. (at old Ambassador College campus)
They aren’t secret, lots of government training like DSS going on there.
Still, I bet it is a hoax..
No point in making it easier for our enemies to find critical locations to attack.
It’s hardly a secret when a ship sails, as thousands of people can see it departing from their own windows.
We didn’t publish such widely available information during war because why?
What you want a bet that the Longview News Journal comes out with an endorsement for Obama. If they do that the straw that broke the camels back. I have threaten to cancel my subscription for years but that would push me to cancel.
I saw it. They do push the liberal agenda!
You should jump on the forums over there:

A whole bunch of Obama supporters are on there and only a couple of Conservatives (myself and probably two others..)
The Obama supporters are rabid and nutty.
Sounds like a good oppourtunity, will give it a try.
Cal, thanks for the ping.
Ummmmm? ;P
Holy crap! Is nowhere safe?
Thanks, I found this last night and forgot to post.. A church organization (some one who did Mercy Ships I think) bought out the old security training company, but kept most of logos, etc. The security training company went under..
“Suspicious powder in Detroit mayor’s office
Associated Press
9:18 PM CDT, September 10, 2008
DETROIT - City staffers quarantined for about 2{ hours after a suspicious package was found in the executive suite of outgoing Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick have been released.
Greg McDuffee, general manager of the Coleman A. Young Municipal Center, says the Detroit Fire Department was called Wednesday evening “after an envelope of suspicious powder” was found.
McDuffee says less than a dozen staffers were quarantined inside the 11th floor suite. He says Kilpatrick was not inside the building, which will reopen Thursday.
Earlier this summer, a lightning strike closed the building for nearly two weeks.
Incoming mayor Ken Cockrel Jr. is expected to take office Sept. 19 once Kilpatrick’s resignation takes effect. Kilpatrick announced his resignation last week as part of a plea to obstruction and assault charges.”
Suspicious white powder stories are abundant in the news.
One theory is that the real anthrax mailer is responsible for some as he enjoys the publicity.
That, or cocaine use is more prominent than thought.
