Funny thing about this “poll.”
It’s Democrats being labeled racist, not Republicans.
I see it as gult tripping Whites into voting for a very flawed candidate.
Think they’ll realize they should have stuck with Hillary?

Funny how such articles only cast whitey as being racist. Other ethnic groups, such as those of Hispanic, Indian, or east Asian descent, could never possibly be racist, right?

I am against Obama because of what he stands for, nothing to do with the color of his skin. I am against Obama because he is pro abortion/pro choice (same thing btw) and a variety of other things such as character, character that he does not have. I am against Obama because he has hoped for failure in Iraq etc and has hoped the economy would go bad etc. Nothing to do with the color of his skin.
I can think of many black men and women that would be very good Presidents. Off the top of my head, how about Joe Watkins or Michael Steele.
While the Democrat party platform is what it is, it would not matter who ran .

So, who is responsible for their troubles? I saw that too. I guess I must be a racist. Who would be responsible if not them? Maybe their government enablers?

The poll sought to measure latent prejudices among whites by asking about factors contributing to the state of black America. One finding: More than a quarter of white Democrats agree that "if blacks would only try harder, they could be just as well off as whites." If you think agreeing with that statement indicates "latent prejudice," you just might be a far-left academic moonbat.

This is about the tenth story that I've seen in the past couple of days with the same theme, all from the left wing msm.
On one hand they are hoping to play on White liberal guilt in a close race.
They are also doing what obama did in San Francisco when he spoke about bitter people clinging to their guns and religion, trying to explain to his sophisticated fellow travelers the coming loss, blaming it on small minded White bigots.

I agree, let 98% of the Blacks for the Black guy. We won't call that racism as long they don't call it racism when 98% of Whites vote for the White guy.

I suspect this is an Obama plant (one of many that MSN handles for them).
They are playing to the ones who will let a guilty conscience concerning slavery influence their vote. And, there are some like that.
“Oh dear, poor Barry! I favor McCain but I'll vote for that poor young man who overcame so many hardships to counter the redneck vote.”

“Could Blacks views of Whites” cost McCain support? (alternative header)

This is really simple and you should not over think the issue.
If you are not black and vote against Obama you are a racist.
Accept it and move on.
It will save a lot of typing and free you up to read other material or get on with the household chores!
By the way, I have found nothing in the election laws that say I must vote for Obama because he is black.
(Well actually half white and maybe arab and muslim )
So, have a nice day now that you have come to grips with your inherent racism and move on to something productive.

We put a woman on the ticket and she is not a woman according to the Democrats. If the candidate were a Clarence Thomas or Michael Steele, then he wouldn’t be a real black... So, no black man, or woman nor white womman will be accepted as such if they’re not a liberal. No judge, secretary of state...you name it.

They are hoping that the constant mantra of racism will cause racists to feel guilty and get them to vote for Obama.
It will have the opposite effect. By drawing attention to his race, it will cause of lot of supposedly open-minded people to vote for McCain.
In other words, MSM's constant complaining about the "Bradley effect" will actually CAUSE the Bradley effect.
To: GVnana
If Odumbo’s people think Anglos are going to have black man remorse, wait until Hispanics get into the privacy of the voting booth. The PCgasm the radical left has worked up a lather for is going to be a fizzle, the big, political, anti climax of the century.

Dem’s can say whatever they want, but when your party puts forward a clearly ignorant and unqualified black candidate.
That gets me thinking, why would they put forward a clearly ignorant and unqualified black candidate?
I smell conspiracy theory.

if blacks would only try harder, they could be just as well off as whites." Yeah, well actually the facts show that it isn't a matter of "trying harder" but rather a matter of doing the right thing. Blacks in stable marriages, with at least highschool educations, without children out of wedlock, do just as well economically as Whites with comparable educations.
