What he said, according to the interview quote in the article was: MAHER: “… But I, I honestly do not trust Americans to do the right thing or make the right choices. They're just too fucking dumb. I'm sorry. I know I'm a bad guy for saying that.”
YOU SAID: The fact that he makes a living doing what he does proves his point to my satisfaction.
